Originally from India, Shifa moved to Denmark in 2014 to pursue a master’s degree in area studies. Shifa's passion for writing led her to journalism, and, subsequently, marketing and customer experience (CX). For the past two years, she has written extensively about customer support and CX-related topics for Fullview, including deep dives on support metrics, customer support technology, and how companies can earn customer loyalty.
A few facts about Shifa
- She exchanged India for Denmark in 2014. While she misses the food and occasionally the weather, she does not miss the crowds.

- Outside of work, she enjoys playing chess, browsing Reddit for extended periods, and catering to every demand of her entitled yet adorable cat, Clementine.
